ABOUT US

Jessica Perez, LPCC

Founder/Licensed Clinician

In the early stages of my career, I had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults facing at-risk behaviors and experiencing symptoms related to PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Through my work with these clients, I came to a profound realization - trauma was a common factor in their lives.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to extensive research on the long-term effects of trauma and how it impacts adult functioning. My focus is not only on educating you about trauma's effects but also on providing a safe and supportive space where we can explore these effects together.

My goal is to empower you with effective coping strategies to navigate the challenges you may be experiencing. With specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I bring a diverse set of tools to our therapeutic journey.

Together, we can embark on a transformative healing process, fostering resilience and growth, and guiding you towards a more fulfilling and balanced life. *Complex Trauma Certified
