Jessica Perez, LPCC Founder
As the founder of this practice, my journey began with the privilege of working with adolescents and adults navigating at-risk behaviors and the complex effects of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Early in my career, I came to a powerful realization: trauma was often the common thread in the challenges my clients faced.
This insight shaped my path and deepened my commitment to understanding the lasting impact of trauma on adult functioning. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to ongoing research and clinical training focused on trauma recovery and healing. My work is centered not only on helping clients understand the effects of trauma, but also on creating a safe and supportive space to process those experiences together.
I use a compassionate, collaborative approach and draw from a range of trauma-informed modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. With specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I integrate proven methods to help clients safely explore their experiences, regulate emotions, and move toward lasting healing.
Whether you're working through past trauma or navigating current life stressors, my goal is to support you in building effective coping strategies, fostering resilience, and creating a more connected, empowered life.
As the practice has grown, I’ve built a team that shares these same values—grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-based care. We’re united by a deep belief in each person’s capacity to heal, and we’re here to walk alongside you with respect and intention.

Charrise Griffin, ACSW
“You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else—but now you’re wondering what it means to show up for you.”
I work with adults who are ready to heal from emotional neglect, people-pleasing, and attachment wounds that have shaped how they show up in relationships. Many of my clients grew up feeling unseen or overly responsible for others—and are now doing the deep, transformative work of reconnecting with their own emotional world.
In therapy, we explore how past and present relational patterns impact your sense of self, and we use that insight to build healthier boundaries, stronger emotional regulation, and deeper self-trust. I integrate CBT to help shift unhelpful thoughts, and draw from trauma-informed, attachment-based, and mindfulness practices to support lasting change.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and supported in our work. That’s no accident—I believe meaningful change starts with authentic, attuned connection. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and gently challenging when needed. You don’t have to do this alone—and you don’t have to keep quiet about what hurt you.
I’m committed to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and culturally humble care. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident—not just in the therapy room, but in your everyday life.
