APCC | Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
"Whether we're processing painful experiences, learning new coping strategies, or working on building more fulfilling relationships, I will be alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care."
A warm space to feel seen, supported, and understood.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, communication issues, and relationship challenges, as well as those experiencing life transitions or struggling to feel connected to themselves or others. I have a special focus on maternal mental health, including perinatal and postpartum support for new and expecting mothers.
My interest in mental health began in my own teenage years, when I realized how life-changing it can be to feel seen, supported, and understood. That experience continues to shape how I show up with my clients. I am committed to creating a warm, affirming space where you can move at your own pace, explore difficult emotions, and feel safe being your full self.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your goals and life experiences. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self, feel more grounded in your strengths, and build the confidence to face life's challenges with clarity and support.
Maternal Mental Health
Compassionate, evidence-informed support for perinatal and postpartum experiences including mood changes, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of early parenthood.
Anxiety & Depression
Building practical tools and self-awareness to manage worry, low mood, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck — moving toward a more grounded daily life.
Life Transitions
Navigating change — new roles, relationships, losses, or directions — with support that honors where you've been and helps you step into what's next.
Communication & Relationships
Developing clarity in how you connect with others, whether in partnerships, family systems, or within yourself.
Self-Harm & Emotional Regulation
Safe, non-judgmental space to explore pain and develop healthier ways to cope, process, and care for yourself over time.
Identity & Self-Connection
Reconnecting with who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and noise — building a more secure and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I bring genuine curiosity to every session and work alongside you to understand your unique history, strengths, and goals. My approach integrates evidence-based methods with warmth and cultural responsiveness.
You set the pace. You lead the direction. I bring the tools, the perspective, and the steadiness to help you move forward.
Strengths-Based
We build on what's already working in you, not just what feels broken.
Collaborative
Your goals drive the work. I show up as a partner, not just a practitioner.
Culturally Responsive
Your identity and lived experience are always part of the conversation.
Paced by You
You move at the pace that feels right. There is no rush here.
