Services are provided to adolescents and adults.
Individual Therapy
50+ minutes – $160-$190*
We utilize CBT, DBT, REBT, EMDR and a variety of other modalities to create an individualized treatment that is right for you. Remember: each person is different, so each individual’s treatment should be too. Although we specialize in trauma work, we also assist with an array of symptoms/disorders.
Family Therapy
60 minutes – $200-250*
Need some help improving, rebuilding, mending or maintaining healthy family connections ? Lets talk. we have experience working with high internal family conflict, reunification, foster/adoption, grief/loss, and trauma.
Couple’s Therapy
60 minutes – $200-250*
Feeling like your relationship is no longer what you once imagined it to be? Working through infidelity? Struggling to communicate with your partner? We will work to aid you and your partner in learning to effectively communicate and be intentional with your relationship.
