"You know your child better than anyone. I am here to help them find the words for what they cannot yet say."
Hablo Español
Hello. I specialize in working with children and teens who need a safe, supportive place to express themselves, work through big emotions, and build the confidence to navigate whatever life is throwing at them. My goal is to make every young client feel genuinely understood, never judged, and always capable of growth.
I know that kids and teens do not always have the words for what they are feeling. That is why I lean into play, creativity, and expressive approaches that meet them where they are. Whether your child is carrying anxiety they cannot explain, struggling after a hard transition, or just feeling like something is off, I create a space where they can start to make sense of it all without pressure.
I also believe that parents are essential partners in the process. You know your child better than anyone, and I want to work alongside you, not around you. I provide regular check-ins so you always know how your child is progressing and what we are working toward together.
If your child is ready for a space that feels safe, warm, and genuinely theirs, I would be honored to be that person for them.
Areas of Focus
How I can help your child
Helping children and teens name what they are feeling, understand where it comes from, and build tools they can actually use when anxiety shows up.
Supporting kids and teens who seem withdrawn, low-energy, or unlike themselves, and helping them reconnect with what makes them feel good.
Creating a gentle, safe space for young clients to process painful experiences at their own pace, without pressure to rush or perform.
Working through difficulty with focus, friendships, peer pressure, or school performance so your child feels more confident navigating their world.
Helping kids and teens manage big reactions, impulsivity, and frustration with practical strategies that build real self-awareness over time.
Supporting children and teens through divorce, moves, new siblings, or other life changes that can feel overwhelming when you are still growing up.
