Andrea blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed approaches. She tailors the method to what fits you best rather than applying a single framework to everyone.
Does Andrea offer telehealth therapy in California?
Yes. Andrea offers secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in California, as well as in-person sessions at Mental Prosperity Counseling in Corona, CA.
What insurance plans does Andrea accept?
Andrea is in-network with Aetna, IEHP, United Healthcare, and Optum. She also accepts private pay and offers a sliding scale. If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement — contact us and we will help you understand your benefits at no charge.
I have had bad experiences in therapy before. How is this different?
