"Therapy is a safe place to be fully heard, get unstuck, and build more agency over your own life."
I have always been fascinated by human development, communication, and behavior. After many years as a caregiver for children and families, becoming a therapist felt like a natural next step. Today I work with children, teens, families, and adults, and I especially love supporting teen girls and young women.
Many of my clients feel stuck. They may have lived through painful or traumatic experiences, carry thought patterns that keep pulling them down, or feel like their emotions are running the show. Together we look at how past experiences connect to the way you think and act today, and we build practical tools for lasting change.
In session I am warm, welcoming, and deeply attuned. I hold space, listen closely, and offer reflections that help you see yourself more clearly. My work is trauma-informed and draws from CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, family systems, psychodynamic work, and mindfulness. With younger clients, I use play-based and mindfulness techniques to help them work through big emotions.
I also have a special heart for women navigating women's health concerns, including endometriosis and fertility challenges. All sessions are 100% virtual, so you can access care from home anywhere in California, no commute required.
Areas of Focus
How I can help
For clients who have lived through painful or unsafe experiences. Therapy becomes a safe, steady relationship where healing and growth can happen.
Noticing the patterns that keep you stuck, understanding where they come from, and practicing new ways of thinking and responding.
Helping teen girls and young women build confidence, manage stress, and feel more in charge of their own lives.
Compassionate support for women facing endometriosis, infertility, and other women's health challenges, with empathy and practical resources.
Play-based and mindfulness techniques that help children name, understand, and manage strong feelings at school and at home.
Improving communication, rebuilding connection, and creating routines that bring more calm into your home.
Who I Work With
Finding the right fit for you
Children
Younger children often show stress through behavior: meltdowns, defiance, trouble sleeping, or clinginess. I use play-based and mindfulness techniques to help kids work through difficult emotions, and parents are part of the process so new skills carry over at home.
Teens
For teens who have pulled away, shut down, or seem constantly on edge. I give teens a space where they feel respected and heard, and I especially enjoy working with teen girls navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and hard experiences.
Young Adults & Adults
For young women and adults who feel stuck in old patterns, are healing from trauma, or are navigating women's health concerns like endometriosis and infertility. I also support parents and families who want to feel connected again.
My Approach
"Sharing your deepest thoughts and feelings with someone safe can be a powerful, corrective experience. Therapy gives you tools, growth, and more agency over your own life."
