Services Provided

Mental Prosperity Counseling provides individual, couples, family, and child and adolescent therapy services in-person at our Corona, California office and via telehealth throughout the state of California. Services are provided by licensed and registered associate clinicians under the supervision of licensed professionals.

Our website is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate appointment requests. It does not constitute a therapeutic relationship and does not replace professional mental health care.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, or via our scheduling platform. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our practice's cancellation and no-show policies, which will be provided in full during the intake process.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to clinician unavailability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and signing our consent form during intake, you authorize Mental Prosperity Counseling to contact you via SMS for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and practice communications.

Fees and Payment

Current session rates are provided during the consultation and intake process. Mental Prosperity Counseling accepts several insurance plans and offers self-pay options. By engaging our services, you agree to be responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance plan, including copays, deductibles, and balances for services rendered.

We recommend verifying your benefits with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment. We are not responsible for coverage denials or changes in insurance benefits.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth services are available to clients located in California at the time of the session. By participating in telehealth, you confirm that you are physically present in California and that you have a private, secure location from which to attend your session. You acknowledge the inherent limitations of telehealth communication and consent to its use.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense.
