Growing up in a Hispanic household, I saw firsthand how much stigma there can be around mental health. Many people are expected to stay strong, keep their feelings to themselves, or push through hard things without asking for help. That stayed with me, and it’s a big part of why I became a therapist.

I want to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment: a place to process what they’re going through, learn healthier ways of coping, and recognize that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.

My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I meet each client where they are, lead with empathy, and gently encourage new perspectives and practical coping skills along the way. I want every session to leave you feeling heard, supported, and a little more confident in your ability to navigate what’s in front of you.

As a bilingual, bicultural therapist, I also love working with Spanish-speaking, first-generation, and bicultural clients and families navigating the unique challenges of balancing cultural expectations, identity, and family dynamics.

How I Can Help

Anxiety & Worry

Helping clients name what they’re feeling, understand where it comes from, and build tools they can actually use when anxiety shows up.

Depression & Mood

Supporting clients who feel withdrawn, low-energy, or unlike themselves, and helping them reconnect with what makes them feel good.

Childhood Trauma & Grief

Creating a gentle, safe space to process painful experiences and losses at your own pace, without pressure to rush or perform.

Self-Esteem & Identity

Working through people-pleasing and self-esteem struggles to help clients recognize their own strengths and resilience.

Family & Relationship Challenges

Supporting healthier communication, boundaries, and connection within families and relationships.

Life Transitions & Emotion Regulation

Helping clients manage big emotions and navigate school, career, or life changes with practical, sustainable coping skills.

Who I Work With

  • Children (7+) experiencing big emotions
  • Teens navigating identity, school & family dynamics
  • Young adults (18–30) building confidence and resilience
  • Adults processing anxiety, trauma, or life transitions
  • Older adults navigating life transitions or emotional wellbeing
  • Families navigating conflict or transitions
  • Bilingual & Spanish-speaking clients
  • First-generation & bicultural individuals and families

My Approach

“People who work with me usually feel heard, supported, and accepted for who they are. My hope is that every client leaves feeling a little more hopeful, more confident, and better equipped to navigate whatever they’re facing.”
