Claudia Ochoa, APCC
Hello, my name is Claudia. I am a bilingual therapist with experience in individual and family therapy, client advocacy, and supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. My work is guided by a commitment to social justice, cultural humility, and making therapy accessible in people’s own languages and in ways that honor their identities and lived experiences. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process trauma, explore patterns, navigate life transitions, and engage in deep, meaningful healing.
I am especially drawn to inner child work, helping individuals understand how childhood experiences continue to shape their lives, and integrating spirituality or cultural heritage into the therapeutic process. My approach is warm, reflective, and curious, grounded in a belief that every person is inherently worthy and capable of transformation. I strive to deeply understand each client’s values, life experiences, and connections, so together we can create meaningful change.
I draw from narrative, person-centered, somatic, and mindfulness principles to guide the healing process.

“My goal is to help clients reconnect with their sense of self, nurture their inner wisdom, and break cycles that no longer serve them, empowering them to live in alignment with their values and worth. ”
