Immigration Evaluations

A clinical evaluation may be used by your attorney to support your case and move you forward with your immigration proceedings. While a psychological evaluation can greatly strengthen the case of a client, the evaluator makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of the case.

The report can vary from 5-20+ pages depending on the case circumstances and can address very import questions for the client's specific case. The typical time-frame for a completed evaluation and report can be between 7-31 days, depending on need.

Expedited services are available for an additional cost. Clients are able to come to the office or evaluations can be conducted via a HIPAA compliant video chat platform. Sessions are available in English and Spanish. All others will require an interpreter provided by the client.
